3 more hours to end of school

Last Friday was Admin Day 1. Today and tomorrow are set aside for Admin Day 2 and 3 respectively.
Students celebrate as it means holidays for them while teachers are expected to come back as usual. Although we get to work for lesser hours, 8am to 1pm instead of 715am to 145pm, I would prefer to have normal sch days as I heart PE lessons! I dislike cooping myself in the staff room staring at the computer screen... It just makes me feel sleepy.

There is a big commotion going on in the staff room right now. I wonder if I will ever get into a dispute with someone at work next time. Well, maybe not in the near future. Having learnt some painful lessons from my previous job, I tried not to be close to my colleagues at work. Lesser contact = lesser friction. Take cautious that I do not go to extent of isolating myself from the rest! Some socialising is still necessary to build up teamwork and learn from one another. I always thought she is rather snobbish, but she is the one who is more rationale and calm. It's not her problem, but she offered to be the mediator. She is trying to solve the issue, while the other refuses to listen. The latter is just so fxxxing annoying.
This has absolutely nothing to do with me. I am not eavesdropping but they are just in front of my cubicle. It hit on me that I am like the one who is stubborn about the whole matter; refusing to listen. :x I am annoying as well.

I declare that today shall be a Happy Day! Why pull a grumpy face when I can look pretty (maybe not-so-ugly is a more appropriate description) by smiling? Don't be too harsh on myself and the people around me. So start Spreading LOVE noW!!!

2007 and 2008's settled! like finally. Now for 2009's forecast and projected. Excitement awaits.

It was indeed a relief after the morning meeting. For my later part of the day, it seemed like I've got nothing to do, or rather, I was giving myself a break from work. Meanwhile, one of my colleagues asked about my desired holiday trip.

I couldn't answer. ... not because I couldn't think of any.. Just that the places I want to go are too common.. Europe, North America.. Needed a more sophisticated reply...

So I said South America! Brazil, Mexico. They didn't seem impressed anyway. My another colleague suggested India. After watching slumdog, I did have the idea of going there to experience life of slumdog?

Then, I remembered my trip to Kukup. It is a small tiny kampong in Malaysia where the stayers mainly fish for a living. Everything was like back to basic. Wooden planks, floating platforms.. playing table tennis. My whole body would shiver in the night during shower as the wind rushed in. The best part was no one would be blamed for littering/throwing rubbish into the sea. Nah, I may be a lousy person but littering is never in my dictionary. Not even in cinema where it "seems acceptable" to leave the popcorn boxes and drinks behind. Anyway, since everyone is free to litter, can you imagine how the place looks like.

Kukup is itself enough to kill my appetite and mood. In fact I fell sick for several days. Perhaps, it was due to the cold wind cum scorching sunlight or the food? Seafood came from the sea where rubbish resides.
The place does have its good points. First ad probably the only time to play with fireworks!
Amazing episode.

So ready for India..? Oh. I am pretty keen in Israel!

Convocation 2008

In the end, I am still going for it. To be honest, I was rather reluctant to attend the ceremony. My degree isn't fantastic, so I don't see a point in publicizing or making a big fuss over it. It's just a degree cert, there are plenty of graduates in today's society. I am just another person who has the same piece of paper as everyone else.

I am experiencing inferiority complexity. Another reason for the reluctance is that I can't bring myself to face my peers. I have yet gotta a job and yes, I am getting worried. Waiting, waiting and waiting... I will hang on though, struggling to keep my faith going.

So, Ruth has decided to go after all the internal struggles.

With different promotions going on, I had quite a tough time deciding which packages/shops to choose. I couldn't even seek for opinions since I went to collect the convocation materials alone. Sounds pathetic. Well, I was too lazy to make arrangements with them. Hahaa. Ive chosen Serangoon Broadway!

Coming back my Japan trip on the 7th of last month, it is going to a month since I started looking for a job.

Not that I want to work badly, I need some income to feed myself. Walking past all the boutiques was definitely a torture to me. It has been a long time since I shop in Singapore? Sales are everywhere. I wonder when is the last day of Great Singapore Sale? Apparently, it is still on when I past by the shops yesterday.

I need some pretty clothes to pamper myself and my little wardrobe. Perhaps, a few pairs of shoes and couple of bags to go with the clothes will be good.

Anyway, I trimmed my fringe again, the flat fringe (above my eyebrows). I don't think everyone can accept such hairstyle, especially the guys. They fancy girls with long hair. Girls with long hair look sexier? Stereotype! I don't want to look like every other girl. To a small extent, I was slightly affected by your comments. -It is just to a small extent-

Having too much time is not exactly a good thing. I am rather bored everyday. I know it is the best time to do some reading, cleaning etc but I don't seem to have the mood to do so. I feel soooooo lethargic. What have I been doing on my free days? I would simply sit in front of my com, so comfortable that I refuse to move my butt. One word to describe me: procrastinator!

My mind often goes wild in such situation (too free). Recently, certain thoughts kept flashing through my mind. Is it what I truly want or just another absurd silly consideration?

Will July be a dreadful month for me or the opposite?
Just some random thoughts. There's no hidden agenda in writing these.

Lord I did Your will.
It didnt turn out well. However, I was still glad I did it. This was definitely not something I could do without His strength. *Tearing. So hurt*

I was supposed to go for an assessment this morning but I gave it a miss as I wasn't feeling too well. I tried to give the person-in-charge a call to inform that I would not be going, but no answer from the other side of the line. That goes my job in Loreal.

There will definitely be other doors for me. I must stay patient as I await for the best to come. Life is a test and a trust. This is a test to see my faith in Him. Despite saying so, I must cherish my chance as well! On a lighter note, another company called me up and an interview was secured. Praise the Lord.

One more day of endurance and hybRId will be set free. My last paper is on 29th Apr 08. Exciting actions await after that. Above all, I need to get a job.

** Kmart is the case study for my exam. Care to render some assistance? WW, maybe you can throw in some ideas since yours is on Walmart? hahaha.
