Mandarin? I can
I attended the morning Chinese service today. I went with the mentality that I wont be able to understand most of the Chinese terms. True to a certain extent, I was pretty blown away by the chim terms (at least to me, they r chim), but Praise God, I managed to grasp the gist of it. I even jotted the notes in Chinese! Though the place was barely filled with people, God had already filled the whole place with His Holy presence. Amazing isn't it?
Silly, blur Ruth. Without any hesistation, I jumped onto the Comfort shuttle bus, happily thinking that I was early for service; could save on cab fare. I am usually late for service and have to get a cab. I sensed something amiss when the bus continued to travel straight. The Church shuttle bus will turn right at a particular junction. Upon query, I realised that I got onto the WRONG bus. This bus was heading towards some factory! Gosh. The kind driver allowed me to align immediately. In the end, I still had to call for a cab.
I haven felt this for a long long time. I could feel my heart pumping, literally. Should I label this? Eh, no I shan't.
