Changes
I have been wanting to write something, anything here but somehow there was either no inspiration or no time. It requires quite a bit of time for me to gather and organise the thoughts. I am pretty slow in this aspect. Perhaps, due to bo ta chek or no good in ta chek. Anyway, I highly doubt this entry is going to be coherent. I don't have much time to express myself!!! I need to rush off for lessons in 15 mins time and all the way till 145. Friday is my most relaxing day; only 4 periods but I have to now do relief for one teacher who is on MC and another who is leaving early due to sore throat.

Changes.. There were quite a few changes in my life for the past months and i'm glad to say that they are mostly good. My life is more fulfilling, more exciting than a few months back. No longer am I with the D company where everyday (almost) was a mad rush for me. The fast-pace FMCG industry was indeed a good learning platform as different challenges were encountered constantly. I got to interact with people from diverse walks of life, to be bombarded constantly with problems and problems again, to apply my marketing knowledge to real-life scenarios and etc. Yet, it was highly demanding which did not justify the ROI. The returns were just not satisfying and I hate facing the computer all day long. It just made me grew so horribly fat.
The 1 month plus break was good or should I say extremely good? I had the time to really sit down and think about the "end" that I want. The end = the kind of life that I want to lead in 10 years, 20 years down the road. The downside? I spent my savings.
I am having quite a good time in my new job.
Other changes? I own a bike now. I permed my hair. I put on lesser make up; near zero except for eyebrow. I dropped a jean size. I am back in cheer; more active. I am slightly more spiritual. I packed my room. I read more. I wear like I am going for training everyday. etc..
In conclusion, Life is good!
I will be on TV-ESPN with my dearest teammates tonight! ASTROS on 3!

I do not want to think so much. I can't deny the anxiety within me.
Stunt hit rate is low.
Just when I thought that we have more than enough time to train, we are in fact going to compete in 3 days time.

I have yet practise how to smile! I frown/pull a long face so much to a point where I have forgotten how to smile.

Craving for ice cream. sigh. how to get it when I am up on the mountain?

Work...
Tomorrow will be a busy day for me. Will be meeting SM tomorrow morning. He told me to prepare the 2nd quarter plan but I have yet done so. Ha. I do have some ideas, just need to pen them down and put them into slides. Shouldn't be a problem. *self comforting*
Then after the meeting, I will heading down to a Cooking School; some tie-up with them. How exciting right.

Worried is an understatement. Then what is the correct current state of mind?

A little surprise for him when he comes back!
We touched on the past over msn in the evening and I guess it is still a sensitive topic. Not that it was brought up intentionally, we just happened to talk about something else which is related to it.
Perceptions differ.

I had nightmares about setting prices. The numbers kept flashing onto my face and I thought I got them calculated all wrongly.

Just a dream. Relax. More numbers await..

Despite my non-stop complaints/whinings about work during cny, I realised I still like it and in fact enjoying it.


I was so impressed by their improvements! The transitions are amazing. *speaking the truth from my heart* Of cos, many credits go to the one who deserves. He's good.. No doubt.

Both of us have a new watch each! Yeah. His costs much more than mine.

The 2-days competition ended with NTU ACES being the overall champion and NTU ACES Alumni being the 1st runner-up.
The alumni entered the competition with totally no intention of winning, though we, especially the gals, were dying to get the watches. Emerging as 1st runner-up was really a bonus for us, so I SHOULD be glad and ConteNted! Anyway, I took more than 3 hours just to choose my watch, while HYBrid only took like 5 mins?

Sizzling hot. Yummy! We had some combo meal for $29.90 that came with 2 main dish, 2 bowls of rice, 2 sets of salads, 2 drinks & 2 scoops of ice cream!
Ruthie with her fave japanese rice. She can simply eat it on its own.
Green tea & sesame ice cream.

Today, as in 180808, was my first day of work. The long awaited permanent job. I am really blessed to get into this marketing company with some big brands under them.
I do want to write more about what have been going in my life lately, but I am too tired to do so. Just enough time to upload some pictures that's all. It's going to be bed time soon for me.
