Mixed feelings. Strong desire to train but somehow, my body is not willing to. In short, I am tired....
Managed to run 10 rounds on the track. Went gym after that. My body was kinda stiff so i didnt do much stretching. Opps.
.... Anyway I went to weigh myself. Not that I wanted to. haha. As expected, the weighing machine was spoilt; inaccurant. * my weight has increased a little* *Really just a little*
Time to watch my diet and exercise more. Kinda hard though. I'm easily succumbed to the evil temptation of food. And I've got no time to exercise... ARgh.. attachment....Labels: Cheer
