Being a heavy eye makeup user, to be precise, eye liner user, eye makeup remover is definitely important. I would not want the black line to stay or smudge. In short, it must be able to remove effectively and thoroughly.
Back in my school days, I used brands such as Maybelline or L'oreal, more affordable you see. Without any comparison, I continued to use these brands yet always complaining how much I had to apply in order for the eye make up to be removed. I need to re-phrase, it only appeared to be gone. After I showered, the stubborn stains will cause smudge around my eyes. Then I would have to clean them again. What an hassle!
The reason why I am complaining though I have changed to Fancl is .. I only have L'oreal so-called Gentle Eye Make up remover in hall. It took my soooo long to remove my eye makeup. I only had eye liner on. It would take even longer if I applied mascara.
Tried and tested: Fancl mild cleansing oil.
It cleanses away the day's traces effortlessly!
